Terms and Conditions for Plan 599

1.1 The Plan 599 is a subscription-based service offered at a rate of ₱599 per month.

1.2 The plan includes registration for up to 10 rooms, with an additional charge of ₱49 per additional room which will be added to your total monthly payment.

1.3 Payments are to be made on a monthly basis. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to services.

2.2 Features are subject to change at the discretion of the service provider with prior notice to the user.

3.1 The Plan 599 is intended for individual property owners and small property management businesses.

3.2 Users may not share or transfer their account access to third parties.

3.3 Any misuse or unauthorized use of the platform may result in suspension or termination of the account without refund.

4.1 Users will have access to email and chat support for assistance.

4.2 Support inquiries will be addressed in a timely manner but do not guarantee an immediate resolution.

5.1 Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for partial-month usage.

5.2 If a user cancels their subscription, access to the Plan 599 features will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.

6.1 The service provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.

7.1 The service provider is not liable for any loss, damages, or disruptions caused by service interruptions, system failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
